About The Position

HumanGood incorporates its Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. The Resident Assistant provides assistance with the personal care and protection of residents in the assisted living level of care. The role develops awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assists residents in maximizing their independence and participation.

The position pays $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts have differentials, as does on-call/per-diem work. The schedule is 11:00 PM–7:00 AM on a 4/2 rotation, with weekend and holiday availability required.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving or memory support experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and protection to residents in assisted living.
• Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs.
• Assist residents in maximizing their independence and participation.
