About The Position

HumanGood is hiring a full-time Resident Assistant to provide personal care and protection for residents in the assisted living level of care, while following its Philosophy for Person-Directed Care. The role involves developing awareness of residents’ interests and needs and helping them maximize their independence and participation.

The schedule is 11:00 PM–7:00 AM on a 4/2 rotation. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Pay is $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience, with shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends, as well as an on-call/per-diem differential.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving or memory support experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with residents’ personal care and protection in the assisted living level of care.
• Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs.
• Assist residents in maximizing their independence and participation.
