Requirements
- A caring heart and genuine desire to work with older adults and those with physical challenges
- A positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
- Must be 16 years or older
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment, in accordance with state regulations and company policy.
Responsibilities
- Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
- Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance)
- Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities
- Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency
- Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful
- Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly
