About The Position

At Home Again, Resident Assistants are vital in creating a warm, welcoming, and caring environment for residents. This role involves providing compassionate, dependable assistance to older adults and those with physical challenges, making a real difference every day. Requirements

A caring heart and genuine desire to work with older adults and those with physical challenges
A positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
Must be 16 years or older
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment

Responsibilities

Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities
Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance)
Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities
Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency
Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful
Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly
