Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and stay organized

Nice To Haves

CNA, PCA, or HHA certification
Experience in a residential care or healthcare setting

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Serve meals and support residents during dining; maintain a clean dining environment
Provide medication reminders in accordance with facility policies
Escort residents to on-site services such as lab, imaging, and therapy
Monitor resident well-being and report changes in condition
Maintain accurate daily documentation and activity logs
Respond promptly to resident needs, including call assistance and wake-up requests
Support housekeeping tasks such as linens and common areas
Assist with administrative duties, including answering phones as needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Float to hospital or nursing home departments as needed
