About The Position
Windsor Gardens in Georgetown is hiring Resident Assistants, CNAs, and caregivers for full-time, part-time, and PRN night-shift positions caring for elderly residents. The role focuses on supporting residents’ daily living needs, monitoring their well-being, and helping maintain a safe and engaging environment. Drug screening and background checks are required. PRN employees must work two shifts per month to remain on the PRN list. Competitive pay is offered.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
- Encourage socialization among residents.
- Assist with the activity program and conduct activities as directed by the Activity Director or assigned by a supervisor.
- Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
- Document information about residents’ functional status or condition in the appropriate flow sheet binder.
- Provide hands-on support and eye-view supervision to residents.
- Help keep the environment safe for residents.
- Report changes or concerns regarding residents’ conditions to the Clinical Director and/or nurse on staff.
- Maintain accurate records of residents’ meal intake, output, and bathing.
- Do residents’ personal laundry.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Attend and participate in monthly meetings.
- Read pertinent resident information in the staff communication log, daily progress notes, and flow sheets.
