About The Position

The Resident Assistant provides resident care and reports to clinical team members, while helping maintain resident safety and well-being through positive communication and interaction with residents, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Must be able to observe and report resident status and implement care plans.
- BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide resident care and report to clinical team members.
- Perform and/or assist with general care and services for residents as outlined in care plans.
- Maintain positive communication and interaction with residents, families, and other team members to support resident safety and well-being.
