Resident Assistant
About The Position
As a Resident Assistant (caregiver) at Dove Healthcare - Osseo Assisted Living, you will help residents with personal care, meals, activities, housekeeping, and general supervision. You will contribute to a safe, comfortable, home-like environment and make a positive difference in residents’ lives. Certified nursing assistants and non-licensed caregivers are encouraged to apply; CNAs are paid at a CNA wage. The position is full-time on the AM shift, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Working every other weekend and holidays is required. Applicants age 16 and older are invited to apply. Dove Healthcare operates skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, assisted living residences, and independent living complexes across Wisconsin. Its services include rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care, independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Have a desire to help people who need assistance.
- Be able to work every other weekend and holidays.
