About The Position
Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. The role is available full time for the 7 a.m.–3 p.m. shift, part time for day or evening shifts, and on a PRN basis. Pay is $18 per hour. Requirements
- High school education or equivalent is required.
Nice To Haves
- One year of caregiving experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, and continence management.
- Check and monitor vital signs as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
- Provide excellent customer service.
