About The Position

The Resident Ambassador welcomes customers, answers questions, provides tours of the community, and takes registrations. The role attends sales-oriented events and special functions that promote Del Webb communities, including traffic-building events, new phase releases, grand openings, groundbreaking events, national sales events, informational seminars, resident and community relations events, and Realtor events. The ambassador may also provide testimonials or interviews for advertising, websites, or mailings, and maintain a reference list for prospects. Other duties may be assigned. The role has community-level decision impact and no department, budget, or direct or indirect report responsibilities. The position requires the ambassador to be a resident of a Del Webb community.

Requirements

• Be a resident of a Del Webb community.
• Familiarity with the community's features, amenities, and offerings.
• Basic proficiency in using computer systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and create a welcoming environment.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
