About The Position

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care operates assisted living and memory care communities in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. The Resident Aide provides daily living assistance to residents, including medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and help using the restroom. The role may also involve basic housekeeping and dining room duties, as well as other assigned duties. No experience is necessary; a comprehensive training program is provided. Twelve-hour shifts are available on days and nights, and the position requires weekend work.

Requirements

Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
Must work weekends.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a resident assistant (RA), direct support person (DSP), caregiver, or certified nurse assistant (CNA) will be considered.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, and using the restroom.
Provide medication supervision, verbal encouragement, and direct support to residents.
Perform basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
