About The Position

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care operate assisted living and memory care communities. The Resident Aide provides daily living assistance to residents, including medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and restroom assistance. The role may also involve verbal encouragement and direct support, basic housekeeping, and dining room duties as needed. Other duties may be assigned. No prior experience is necessary; a comprehensive training program is provided. Various schedules and shifts may be required, and weekends are required.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
Ability to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
Availability to work weekends.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a resident assistant (RA), direct support person (DSP), caregiver, or certified nursing assistant (CNA) will be considered.

Responsibilities

Provide residents with daily living assistance, including medication supervision, feeding, bathing, and restroom assistance.
Provide residents with verbal encouragement and direct support.
Perform basic housekeeping and dining room duties as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
