As a Resident Advocate, you help create a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment for individuals residing in Avivo's Transitional Recovery Lodging program. You are often the person participants turn to when they need support, encouragement, problem-solving assistance, or simply someone who believes in their ability to move forward. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting people through challenges, and helping create a community where individuals can focus on recovery, stability, and long-term success. This position is scheduled to work 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Applicants must be able to work this schedule. Avivo is a 32-hour work week organization, offering full-time pay and benefits while supporting balance and sustainability in your work.
