About The Position

The Residency Program Coordinator supports the Pediatric Neurology residency program at Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin, Texas. The role coordinates the full residency recruitment process, including application screening, interview-day organization, rank-list development assistance, and candidate onboarding. It also manages academic and clinical scheduling, maintains accreditation records, and executes educational conferences and recruitment events to support resident well-being, faculty engagement, and a strong learning environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency, or one year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
• No licensure, certification, or registration credential is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pediatric neurology residency recruitment, including screening applications, organizing interview days, assisting with rank-list development, and guiding candidates through onboarding.
• Coordinate clinical rotations, faculty evaluations, didactic lectures, and department committee meetings.
• Maintain program accreditation records in adherence to ACGME requirements, specialty rotation logs, and institutional training standards.
• Execute educational conferences and recruitment events to support resident well-being, faculty engagement, and the learning environment.
