This is a hybrid role that requires onsite presence 1–2 days per week on average, with the needed flexibility to be onsite more frequently based on residency program needs. Occasional weekend hours are also required to support key program events such as graduations, retreats, and special meetings. As a Residency Program Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in the success of our Family Medicine, Geriatrics, and Emergency Medicine residency programs, while also flexing to support additional programs as needed — serving as a trusted partner to program leadership, faculty, and residents while helping ensure accreditation excellence, operational efficiency, and an outstanding training experience. The role provides administrative support to the Residency Program Director in the development, implementation and management of residency program operations.
