About The Position

The Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles is seeking a Residences Food & Beverage Coordinator (CORE Agent) to support the culinary leadership team in all aspects of food and beverage department administration. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage resident interactions and requests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional living experience. This role is crucial in defining and establishing the operating model for stand-alone Four Seasons Private Residences, requiring agility and flexibility to deliver service excellence.

Requirements

Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
Strong written, oral presentation, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office systems: Outlook, Word, Excel.
Proficiency in Creation of Banquet Event Orders, Canva, Micros (POS), Iris.
Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment.
Minimum one year of food and beverage experience required.
Strong knowledge of food, preparation, order times, and delivery presentation preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Assist with inquiries regarding Private Residences’ services, hours of operations, key staff, in-house events, directions, and the local area.
Answer telephones using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette and obtain necessary information to process resident orders according to Four Seasons standards.
Anticipate and service residents’ requirements before requests are necessary.
Create, design, and print custom menus and name cards for catering events.
Utilize Micros (point-of-sale system) to ring up sales, print checks, close checks, and complete closing readings.
Coordinate timely delivery of items to resident units to ensure proper food quality and consistent presentation.
Offer suggestions for alternatives upon request.
Assist in receiving requests and booking reservations for local restaurants and transportation.
Ascertain resident satisfaction and handle any problems that may arise, informing a manager of the issue and its resolution.
Enter glitches into the order system and recommend recovery opportunities to the manager on duty.
Prepare and submit purchase orders.
Create and modify Banquet Event Orders for in-house and resident-hosted events.
Answer phone inquiries and mobile app requests efficiently, friendly, and professionally.
Assist with hosting weekly BEO meetings with Food and Beverage management.
Run daily reports and interpret food and beverage analytics to improve cost and product metrics.
Check for special requests and hard block amenity spaces as needed.
Inform the manager of any Special Attention or VIP residents.
Utilize computer systems like HotSOS to run daily reports and communicate with internal staff and departments.
Chat with guests via messenger application and utilize the Four Seasons guest recognition program.
Monitor and respond to emergency and safety situations efficiently and professionally, reporting any accident immediately.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management and staff.
Assist in creating the monthly newsletter, collaborating with other departments and the culinary team.
Cross-train in Concierge/Front Desk tasks to assist with occasional coverage.
Provide morning lounge service, including assisting with coffee orders, taking orders, running food, tray pick-ups, and setting up the lounge.
Assist Front Desk and Lounge with serving, polishing glassware, silverware, etc.
