About The Position

The Residence Coordinator (RC) is a full-time, live-in professional staff member reporting to an Assistant Director for Residential Education. The RC oversees the day-to-day operations of an assigned residence hall or group of residence halls, including supervision of graduate and undergraduate student staff, community engagement, building management, crisis response, process administration, and general departmental responsibilities.
