Reset Inventory Associate – Driver - REFERRAL
About The Position
WIS International is hiring immediately for Reset Inventory Associate - Driver (Part-Time) positions. This role is ideal for individuals seeking an active job that rewards hard work. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. The team primarily serves customers in the home improvement sector and travels weekly to various customer locations within their region. Drivers are responsible for safely and punctually transporting employees to and from inventory events. The job involves counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail, and meeting productivity goals to enhance earnings through a performance-based pay program. This is an active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting/carrying items up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months
- At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs
- A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights
Nice To Haves
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.

Responsibilities
