About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. The Marketing Contact Center is growing and hiring Reservations Sales Representatives to join as a remote Reservations Sales Coordinator. This role involves assisting guests who purchased a promotional vacation getaway with booking travel dates, answering general questions, and confirming reservations. The position requires maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, addressing escalated customer service issues, and contributing to arrivals, department revenue, and resort tour volume. Key responsibilities include package retention, selling dates, handling escalations, and retaining business.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible shifts to include weekdays, evenings, and weekends to suit business needs.
  • 1+ years of customer service, reservations, or equivalent experience a plus.
  • 1+ years of call center experience preferred.
  • Proficient working with Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Sales experience highly preferred.
  • Only candidates from Orlando, FL area (within 50 miles) will be considered at this time.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of customer service, reservations, or equivalent experience a plus.
  • 1+ years of call center experience preferred.
  • Proficient working with Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Sales experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from guests who purchased a promotional vacation getaway.
  • Assist guests with booking travel dates.
  • Answer general questions about reservations.
  • Confirm upcoming reservations through the central reservation system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Address escalated customer service issues.
  • Deliver on arrivals.
  • Increase revenue for the department.
  • Guarantee tour volume for the resorts.
  • Package retention (saving the sale).
  • Selling of dates.
  • Escalation of calls.
