About The Position

A Reservations Condominium Coordinator is responsible for booking condominium guest reservations for individuals and/or groups. Responsibilities also include, but not limited to are, booking, modifying, selling and cancelling reservations and services for guests for the San Luis Condominiums, while providing exemplary customer service to ensure guest loyalty and increased profit margins.

Requirements

  • Possess excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate
  • Have the ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Answering internal and external telephone calls in order to assist the caller with their inquiries and requests
  • Selling of additional Services and Upgrades to respective guests by presenting, promoting products /services
  • Maintain accurate guest records
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
