About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Reservations Agent to join the opening team of the new OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark in Oklahoma City. This role is crucial in creating, modifying, and canceling guest reservations, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. The Reservations Agent will act as an 'Experience Curator,' responsible for personalized guest interactions, answering questions, resolving concerns, and processing various reservation types. The position offers a supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth within a company that prioritizes its employees.

Requirements

• Flexible availability
• High School diploma required
• Previous reservations experience beneficial, preferably in a hotel/resort
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; able to speak, read, and write
• Excellent communication skills for phone or in-person interactions
• Customer-centric attitude
• Computer proficiency to learn and utilize the resort’s property management system

Nice To Haves

• College degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and cancel guest reservations.
• Send out confirmation emails.
• Answer guest questions and resolve guest concerns.
• Process group, travel agent, company, internet, and FIT reservations.
• Process rooming lists and route payments properly.
• Answer telephones according to Pyramid Global Hospitality standards.
• Communicate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
• Update information in computer systems as needed (i.e., post charges).
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training.
• Attend all mandatory meetings.
• Follow checklist for required duties and timelines.
