Princeton University's Space Physics Group in the Department of Astrophysical Sciences is seeking one or more postdoctoral or senior research associates for experimental and observational space physics. The group's research focuses on various aspects of space physics (heliophysics), with a particular emphasis on experimental and observational space plasma physics. Current leadership roles include NASA's Interstellar Boundary Explorer (IBEX) mission, the Parker Solar Probe (PSP) Integrated Science Investigation of the Sun (ISOIS) energetic particle instrument suite, and the upcoming Interstellar Mapping and Acceleration Probe (IMAP) mission, scheduled for launch on September 24, 2025.
