The Hingtgen Laboratory at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a highly motivated Research Technician to help advance innovative therapeutic strategies for aggressive brain tumors from early-stage discovery through preclinical validation. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the interface of cancer biology, drug development, and translational research within a highly collaborative academic and clinical environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting several translational research programs focused on combination therapies, extracellular vesicle-based delivery systems, and functional testing in clinically relevant tumor models. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and clinician collaborators, the technician will assist in executing experiments, related data analysis, and provide feedback that move technologies from discovery toward real-world clinical applications.
