About The Position

Research Technician to assist and communicate with Research Lead and Principal Investigator in management of the research lab. Develop ground analogue hardware for spaceflight payload design, testing, and integration, participate in grant writing efforts, and finalize and submit remnant archival publications. Finalize outstanding publication efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; OR 4 years of relevant experience required with High School diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience required with Associate's Degree, or 0 years of relevant experience required with Bachelor's Degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to translate, adapt and apply academic or practical knowledge to research.
  • Ability to work with other researchers and communicate clearly in a group setting.
  • Prior CAD experience and translation into physical prototypes.
