About The Position

Alliance Global Group LLC (AGG), a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned company, provides Foreign Military Sales (FMS), administrative and program management, financial management, logistics support, and litigation support. The company is hiring a Foreign Military Sales Research Support Specialist to work at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. The role supports a USAF program by researching case data associated with weapons and other systems and materials, preparing documentation, performing data entry and in-depth research and analysis, and supporting related administrative functions. The specialist documents and communicates case data to the team and contributes to assigned project tasks while maintaining effective professional working relationships with team members.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience or knowledge in FMS case management.
• Advanced administrative skills and proficiency with Microsoft programs/tools and other systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication with external clients and the internal team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Financial research experience is highly desirable.
• Litigation and AFSAC support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support on a USAF program by researching case data associated with weapons and other systems and materials.
• Assist with documentation preparation.
• Conduct detailed data entry.
• Perform in-depth research and data analysis tasks.
• Support program-related administrative functions and activities.
• Document and communicate case data effectively to the team, verbally and in writing.
