About The Position

The Department of Chemistry at Colorado State University seeks applications for temporary or special Research Scientist/Scholar I, II, III or Senior positions in the areas of analytical, biological, chemistry education, inorganic, materials, organic, or physical chemistry. Research Scientists/Scholars work under the direction of individual faculty members and contribute to ongoing research activities specific to each lab. Duties, funding source, appointment length, and work modality (in-person, hybrid, or remote) vary by faculty lab. Requirements

Completed all the requirements for a Ph.D. degree in an appropriate discipline, before beginning this assignment.
Legally authorized to work in the U. S. A. by the proposed start date, and for the full dates of the appointment.

Nice To Haves

Prior research experience in a relevant physical science discipline.
Experience with laboratory or computational research methods
