As a Research Nurse Coordinator for the Weston Cancer Research Program, you will help advance innovative clinical research by coordinating and managing human subject research studies from start-up through completion. In this role, you will protect the rights and welfare of research participants, evaluate protocol feasibility, prepare study sites for conduct, manage study activities, maintain regulatory documentation and ensure accurate data collection and entry. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, sponsors and research partners while coordinating disease-specific clinical trials and supporting a growing research portfolio. Working as a Research Nurse at Cleveland Clinic offers the opportunity to advance nursing science and patient care within a global healthcare system. You will contribute to innovative drug and device trials and help provide cancer patients with access to potential new treatment options when standard options may be limited. A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (flexible start/end times) After six months, this position transitions to a hybrid schedule, with the option to work from home one day per week, depending on business needs.
