About The Position
The Research & Lease Analyst plays a critical role in supporting brokerage, marketing, and leadership teams through market intelligence, lease analysis, and financial underwriting. This position is responsible for collecting and analyzing commercial real estate data, producing market reports, and serving as a key liaison to ensure accurate, timely insights inform business decisions and client deliverables.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field preferred
- 1–3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, research, or a related analytical role preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling experience preferred)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights and reports
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with initiative and a desire to grow within commercial real estate

Responsibilities
- Collect, maintain, and analyze commercial real estate market data, including vacancy rates, absorption trends, comparable lease data, and economic indicators
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of internal databases and third-party data platforms
- Identify key market trends and translate data into actionable insights
- Support underwriting efforts for leasing and investment opportunities
- Analyze lease terms, rent rolls, and operating assumptions
- Assist with financial modeling, including cash flow projections and scenario analysis
- Develop and produce quarterly and ad hoc market reports for internal and external audiences
- Create broker-facing materials, client presentations, and executive summaries
- Translate complex data into visually compelling, easy-to-understand content
- Serve as liaison between brokerage and marketing teams to coordinate market insights and reporting deliverables
- Partner with brokers to support proposals, pitch materials, and client engagement efforts
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic reporting and market positioning
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting processes, and analysis tools
- Maintain documentation and standardization of reporting methodologies
