Responsibilities
- Maintain the mouse colony, including animal handling, breeding, weaning, and genotyping.
- Assist the Principal Investigator (PI) with IACUC documentation and compliance.
- Perform auditory brainstem response (ABR) recordings and operate noise exposure systems.
- Assist the PI in setting up behavioral testing equipment and conducting behavioral assays.
- Manage lab operations by ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, cleaning, stocking, and more.
