About The Position

Under general supervision, the Research Laboratory Technician II provides a wide variety of moderately complex laboratory testing and technical lab support for a research facility. This role requires knowledge of the processes and procedures involved in testing, documenting experiments, maintaining a laboratory notebook, analyzing data, and reporting using complex statistical computer software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field of Science
• 2-4 year's research lab experience
• Understanding of research methods, laboratory techniques, and care of laboratory equipment
• Ability to interpret data, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Detail oriented
• Analytical skills
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays depending upon research needs
