Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), a major teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School (HMS), is seeking a full-time faculty member at the Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor rank. The ideal candidate will have an M.D. and/or Ph.D. with research interests in general medicine, specifically primary care, hospital medicine, or palliative care. This role involves conducting research, pursuing external funding, and mentoring students and fellows within Harvard's general medicine and integrative medicine fellowship programs. The Division publishes over 300 papers annually, with many being high-impact. BIDMC is a national leader in NIH funding, with over $250 million in research funding annually, supporting more than 2500 active clinical research studies across 52 research areas.
