The Vaccine and Infectious Disease Division at Fred Hutch is seeking a Temporary Research Intern. The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a team to learn and complete assigned responsibilities related to modifying/converting lectures into data script summaries, review scientific literature and assist at clinics related to research participant support. This position is temporary at 20-30 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an interest in the sciences in clinical research or healthcare.

  • Skilled at organizing and prioritizing work, able to work independently once instructed with the task and highly motivated.
  • Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Modify/Convert existing lectures into data script summary.
  • Read/review scientific literature.
  • Assist with organization of scientific records management.
  • Assist at clinics with research participant entry and follow up in clinical research setting.
