About The Position
The post-doctoral fellow will develop scientific skills as appropriate for this level of training position, and carry out research/development activities in support of assigned research projects. The preferred applicant will have some computational background (i.e. Python programming and use of high compute clusters) and experiences in single cell RNA sequencing and rodent surgery.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree (PhD/DVM/MD) in specialty area from an accredited university training program.
- Experience using basic research techniques of specialty area.
Nice To Haves
- Some computational background (i.e. Python programming and use of high compute clusters).
- Experiences in single cell RNA sequencing and rodent surgery.
- Previous experience conducting research in the pediatric arena.
- Experience in protocol and manuscript development.
- Experience in grant writing.
