About The Position

The Mondello lab is seeking a post-doctoral research fellow with 2-3 years of prior wet lab experience in a relevant biomedical field such as molecular biology, immunology, and/or genomics. The lab's research focuses on epigenetic dysregulations in B cell malignancy and their impact on the tumor microenvironment. This research involves combining genomic, epigenomic, and transcriptomic profiling of patient samples and lymphoma cell lines with genetically modified mouse models to identify and functionally characterize genetic lesions affecting chromatin modifiers and transcription factors. The goal is to determine the role of these alterations in modulating tumor-immune crosstalk and to develop targeted therapeutic strategies.
