About The Position
The Research Coordinator 1 recruits young children with a first acute respiratory virus infection (RSV, SARS-CoV-2, influenza) in the Emergency Department and inpatient floors at Le Bonheur. This position approaches prospective subjects, discusses the study with parents/guardians, and obtains informed consent. This position will create and maintain a database for the storage of patient information as well as enter and check data in the database. This is a grant-funded position funded until June 30, 2028.
