The Workforce Transformation Lab (WTL) is focused on studying the future of work and advancing technology and employer practices related to human capital and its development and acquisition. The Research Associate will play a key role in supporting the execution of this research agenda, facilitating organization of data collection, coordinating with collaborators, and contributing directly to new primary research and publicly-facing reports on these themes. This is a 7-month, grant-funded appointment with potential for renewal based on continued funding and satisfactory performance. The position is full-time and benefits-eligible, with the potential to work remotely. This grant-funded research role supports three projects: SMB Use of Skills-Based Hiring; Prototype Projects for the AI/SkillsTech Network; and SkillsTech Evaluation in the Use of Mobile Driver's Licenses for Digital Credentials.
