The Research Associate will provide critical support to the Principal Investigator (PI) and Senior Project Manager across multiple Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) projects focused on community trust building. This role requires strong community engagement and organizational skills, independent judgment, and the ability to manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include engaging community and faith-based leaders to support participant recruitment, data management, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and oversight of research platforms such as SurveyMonkey, Dedoose, and REDCap. The Research Associate will ensure seamless project operations, maintain effective communication with participants, build strong community partnership with CBO leaders, and contribute to program sustainability. The role will also support manuscript writing, poster preparation and presentations, and grant writing and may help facilitate community conversation circles, focus groups, and codesign sessions.
