Research Associate II, High-Throughput Screening

Camp 4 Ranch•Cambridge, MA
•$85,000 - $110,000•Onsite

About The Position

CAMP4 Therapeutics is seeking a motivated Research Associate II to join its high-throughput screening team. The role supports the discovery, characterization, and optimization of antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) therapeutics using CAMP4’s proprietary RAP platform. The successful candidate will execute, optimize, and automate in vitro screening workflows; culture relevant cell models; generate molecular data; and collaborate with Discovery, Chemistry, and Data Science colleagues. The position is based in Watertown, Massachusetts, and reports to the Director, Platform. The role is suited to a hands-on scientist with careful experimental execution, strong organization, curiosity, creativity, and teamwork. Responsibilities include high-throughput screening, laboratory automation, mammalian cell culture, molecular assays, data analysis and communication, assay and workflow development, recordkeeping, and routine laboratory operations. CAMP4 develops treatments for genetic diseases by targeting regulatory RNAs with therapeutic ASOs to amplify mRNA and increase healthy protein production. The anticipated salary range is $85,000–$110,000. Employees are eligible for an annual bonus and equity incentive opportunities.
