About The Position

Join our team to drive precision in our laboratory operations. In this role, you will perform hands-on reagent formulation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and purity through rigorous analysis. You will be responsible for interpreting experimental data, maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols, and documenting your findings to support our production lifecycle. Beyond core lab duties, you will play a key role in our Research Use Only (RUO) operations, supporting the formulation, filling, and packaging of reagent products destined for commercial distribution.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data accurately.
• Ability to relay technical information effectively.
• Solid grasp of industry best practices and compliance standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working in a clinical or fast-paced laboratory setting.
• Hands-on experience with reagent formulation processes.
• Proficiency using SAP for inventory or production management.
