About The Position

This position conducts research by preparing literature reviews and assisting with the collection, entering, coding and cleaning of data and descriptive results to communicate key findings to community stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field required.
  • Knowledge of fundamental research concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Entry level knowledge of research methods.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development and dissemination of communication materials and educational resources that translate research findings for study participants, community organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project content, to support participant engagement, community outreach, and communication of research findings.
  • Conduct literature searches in coordination of study needs.
  • Collaborate with the Principal Investigator, Project Manager, and research team to ensure communication materials are accurate, culturally appropriate, and aligned with study objectives and community engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate and participate in Steering Committee and Community Advisory Board meetings, facilitating communication efforts, documenting feedback, and supporting dissemination and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Maintain detailed records, written reports, organized project documentation, communication materials, and files while tracking deliverables and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
  • Conduct data analysis to measure project results.
  • Perform other research duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator and Project Manager.
