About The Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position for UND students only. The Research Assistant will collaborate with Dr. Bo Liang’s research team, contributing to specific tasks aligned with overall project objectives. Responsibilities include assisting in the design and construction of a microscope system, performing data analysis using appropriate software tools, and conducting validation experiments to assess the optical imaging system’s performance.

- Strong organization skills
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Capable of communicating with other lab members.
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
- Must be a UND student.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and construction of a microscope system, working with team members to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Perform data analysis using appropriate software tools to accurately interpret imaging data.
- Conduct validation experiments to assess the optical imaging system’s performance, and document findings to support project development.
