About The Position
This is an exciting opportunity to participate in a large-scale research study aimed at helping individuals with chronic musculoskeletal pain. We are looking for dedicated students to join our team and lead group classes that teach evidence-based strategies for self-managing pain.
Requirements
- Must be a University of Utah student
- Must have been awarded a Federal Work-Study Award for the current year
- Must confirm Federal Work-Study Award with employer before hire
Responsibilities
- Ability to lead individuals with arthritis in a walking program
- Ability to lead a group
- Ability to communicate clearly and problem solve challenges to engagement and motivation
