About The Position
The Canadian Journal of Education (CJE) is celebrating its 50th anniversary. The hired individual will assist the editorial team with various tasks related to this celebration and the journal's operations. This includes thematic analysis of highly consulted articles, examination of methodological approaches in published studies, formatting information for a publication on the CJE's history, updating the CJE website with information on past best article award recipients and previous editorial teams, and revising the CJE's author guidelines.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Education.
- Demonstrate active bilingualism and a strong command of written English and French.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Thematic analysis of the most consulted articles in recent decades.
- Analysis of methodological approaches used in studies published in the CJE in recent decades.
- Formatting information to be collected on the history of the CJE for potential publication.
- Updating the CJE website regarding recipients of best article awards and previous editorial teams.
- Revising the CJE's author guidelines.
