This is a one‑year position, running from June 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education
At least one (1) year of experience in healthcare or research related to medical field
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Ability to communicate verbally
Ability to deal calmly and courteously with people
Ability to finish tasks in a timely manner
Ability to follow oral and written instructions and established procedures
Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Complete CITI training and recertify as needed.

Nice To Haves

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or equivalent

Responsibilities

Support clinical research activities within the Department of Neurological Surgery.
Prepare research submissions for the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
Maintain databases.
Collect and analyze data.
Administer surveys.
Assist with conference materials and manuscripts.
Interact with patients.
Perform statistics and lab experiments under the direction of the Principal Investigator (PI).
Conduct literature reviews.
Maintain research supplies.
Present his or her work at departmental conferences.
Ensure safety compliance.
Contribute to a culture of service excellence and teamwork.
