About The Position

This position is fully in person and 30 hours a week. The purpose is to code parent-child interaction videos, support in-person assessment visits, rate assessor fidelity, and participate in team meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience
  • Previous experience behavioral coding parent-child interactions
  • Experience working with young children and hearing young children speak English to an adult
  • Experience juggling multiple responsibilities and deadlines
  • Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree and three years of relevant experience
  • Experience coding the Disruptive Behavior Diagnostic Observation Schedule and/or the Individual Growth Development Indicators- Early Childhood Intervention

Responsibilities

  • Code parent-child interaction videos
  • Support in-person child assessments
  • Participate in lab meetings
  • Rating assessment videos for fidelity of implementation
