This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fundraising within a cultural organization. The Research and Membership Intern will support various development activities, including prospect research, individual giving, membership initiatives, special events, and development operations. It's an ideal role for those interested in frontline fundraising, providing exposure to all facets of the development process. The successful candidate will be flexible, professional, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, growing organization with a passion for contemporary Irish/Irish American arts and culture. This position encourages self-direction with guidance, allowing interns to learn the dynamics of a busy development office. The role is part-time, 20 hours per week for approximately three months (early October to early January), with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The work model is hybrid, primarily virtual with one mandatory in-office day per week. Some evening and weekend hours may be required for fundraising events.
