As an intern you can expect to gain valuable experience and insight into the workings of food manufacturing environment. At conclusion of Internship, you are expected to prepare a final presentation on the results of your assigned project(s) and will present your findings to members of the corporate management team.

Requirements

  • Students who have completed at least one year in the Culinary Arts program.
  • Ability to consume and ingest protein products created and reviewed.
  • No allergies
  • Can stand at the bench for some time, no issues lifting and carrying ingredients.

Nice To Haves

  • BS in Food Science, or related area of study.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in food product formulation, from bench top to food product production run
  • Assist in customer presentations
  • Assist in the day-to-day laboratories and plant needs (stocking, ordering materials, assist in setting up and cleaning up after customer presentations and plant trials)
