About The Position

MTSI is currently seeking a results-driven Research Analyst to join our dynamic, cross-functional agile scrum team, focusing on research and analysis of Radio Frequency (RF) systems. This program provides critical current and future capabilities for US and International military platforms. The candidate will be located at NAS China Lake, Ridgecrest, California. This is an on-site position and not authorized for telework. Ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance is required.

Requirements

High School Diploma and five (5) years of recent and relevant experience to include but not program management, technical or business analysis disciplines.
Ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance is required.
Ability to obtain a Top Secret and SCI clearance

Responsibilities

In-depth research and synthesizing engineering conclusions into detailed reports and documentation.
Experience developing and maintaining engineering documentation is required.
Ability to compile information from diverse sources to formulate comprehensive solutions.
Manage information within databases and/or Excel and ensure data quality by addressing inconsistencies, errors, missing values, and outliers.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
Proven leadership in managing complex projects and enhancing operational efficiency.
Expertise in technical documentation and configuration management, ensuring high-quality outcomes in engineering processes.
Oversee and answer technical inquiries.
