About The Position

We’re looking for a curious and motivated Research Analyst to join DC Byte and play a key role in delivering insights across the Americas data centre market. This is an entry-level, client-facing role where you’ll quickly build expertise, contribute to high-quality research, and help shape how we communicate insights to some of the most influential companies shaping North America's digital infrastructure. From day one, you’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your work, contribute ideas, and present findings to both internal teams and external clients. You’ll also have opportunities to travel across the Americas for research, client engagement, and industry events. Requirements

• Recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a degree in Business, Economics, Sustainability, Communications, or a related field
• A naturally curious mindset and genuine interest in understanding how markets work
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
• Self-driven with the ability to manage tasks and take initiative
• Clear and confident communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Comfortable speaking in front of others or willing to develop presentation skills quickly
• Positive, outgoing attitude and eagerness to engage with colleagues and clients

Nice To Haves

• Experience in research, presentations, internships, or client-facing environments is a plus
• Interest in real estate or infrastructure is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Research and track market activity, key players, and trends across Americas data center markets
• Gather and verify information from multiple sources with strong attention to detail
• Analyze findings and translate them into clear, structured insights
• Support the creation of client deliverables, including reports, briefings, and presentations
• Contribute to client calls, presentations, and discussions
• Monitor industry news and developments to keep insights current and relevant
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing research and special projects
