About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to support our company's growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or SAS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of healthcare industry and/or pediatric services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and present findings to inform decision-making and strategy development
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research projects
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings to senior management
• Maintain and update databases to track key metrics and performance indicators
• Support the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives
• Assist with the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications
• Stay current on industry developments and best practices in research and analysis
